What’s next? This question is not always easy to answer. I can provide specific help here. I listen, evaluate together with you and develop a concept for the next steps. In a spiritual, collaborative and successful way, we develop a vision, concrete points of reference and recognize milestones along the way.
It is more about life than teaching, more about direction than rules. My aim is to create a space for life and faith – whether personally or as a community.
Personal support
Balancing life and faith can be challenging – especially in phases of deconstruction and reorientation. Would you like to discuss your situation in confidence? I offer professional coaching and accompany you on your way. The initial consultation is free of charge, the support itself is provided for a fee.

Community building
No one believes alone. Christian community wants to be a living space and a place of faith. How does that work? What is the function of theology in living Christian culture? What could a faith community of the future look like? For a community, this is an exciting journey that usually takes years. What impetus can be given? How do you invite everyone to join in?

The first step
What could a conversation look like? What do you want to achieve for yourself personally or in your faith community? This is best clarified in an initial, free consultation.
I am based in the Netherlands and work mainly with people and communities in German-speaking countries – online via video or on site for projects lasting several days.

Coaching and support
Bringing humanity and Christianity into harmony – that is my concern. Freedom requires confident maturity, both in personal and theological matters. Many things can be better understood and clarified in a personal conversation.
Shaping positive change
How and what you believe is part of your story. This can be communicated, reflected upon and developed further. Do you want to facilitate positive change in your situation or community? I can accompany you. It’s good if you don’t have to tackle transformation alone. My motto: help where possible – and refer where necessary.
Faith and the reality of life
Sometimes the transition between pastoral care and psychological help is fluid. Faith is not the answer to everything, even if it is sometimes presented that way. Through discussion, alternatives can often be found together that provide concrete and pragmatic help.
Experience and approach
My help and experience from many decades are used in individual discussions, in groups and at community level. I encourage people to rethink faith and the church and to take courageous steps towards further development. With this in mind, I offer help for self-help and a spirit of adventure for new discoveries.
