A website is almost a living thing. It always needs some care. Occasionally, it needs a thorough overhaul. This will take place in July 2023. What will be new?
German, English, Dutch
Two more languages have been added to the website these days. This is not visible yet, but all almost 400 texts have already been translated automatically. This has now resulted in a good starting point. The text, however, is not always good readable. In plain language, this means that all contributions must be checked again in each language and enhanced and corrected where necessary. That’s over 1000 posts, spread across the different languages.
Today, the website appears only in German. The corrections for the other two languages will require many more weeks of work. Once the languages are processed, the website will appear in English, German and Dutch.

Show bible texts in different languages
Until now, Bible texts automatically referred to Bibleserver.com. The plug-in used for this was not developed further and was not adapted for multilingual websites. A new solution was tested and implemented. The new solution is valid immediately for the German translation and will also display Bible texts in the other translations in the respective language, once online.
