Summary

A blank page? That’s correct. The Bible says nothing about a medieval hell. Luther translated 3 different words quite arbitrarily and from tradition as “hell”. These words and their related statements were thus combined into a misleading construct that gives a skewed picture of God’s justice to this day. None of these words (Hades, Gehenna, “throw into Tartarus”) has anything remotely to do with the common ideas of hell.

Hell is a dark legacy of Christianity. Or, as someone just wrote me aptly: “Hell is just hot air”. It is time to put an end to these persistent rumors of hell and release people into freedom. Check the topics in the navigation to learn more.
